At White Mountain Ski Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags remain attached and original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Gear

  Pack your unused items securely in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
